McGowen Lawns is the best lawn care service I have used in 30 years! They show up on the right day, and charge you the expected amount! They do an excellent job mowing, edging, and cleaning up afterwards! They weeded my front beds and took out other weeds in the back yard, after the owner gave me a written estimate. The work was to be completed on a day that was 100+ degrees and they still showed up! I was also impressed a couple weeks ago when my lawn didn’t need cutting and on their own they assessed it, didn’t cut it, and didn’t charge me for the weekly service! I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed with their work!

After living in my home for 37 years and experiencing all kinds of lawn service companies, I was happy to hear aboutLarry and Mike McGowen.

My lawn was rutted from equipment that was too heavy and a lawn service that mowed regardless of the sogginess of my lawn. Also, I had extremely overgrown trees and shrubs and beds full of weeds. On one Saturday, Larry and Mike took care of the weeds and overgrowth and mowed my lawn. Everything looked 100% better. The following week, they planted two trees and mowed. On their next visit, they cut down a tree and mowed. They also removed an old bird feeder and base that was an eyesore. In three weeks my grass looked better than it ever had. They also blow leaves from the beds and patios to mulch when they mow. I have had companies that didn’t return calls or answer email.

Larry and Mike are excellent communicators. From the estimate to scheduling to checking on what I want, they are exceptional.
