BILLING & POLICIES
McGowen Lawn Care, LLC specializes in providing services for residential customers in St. Louis County, Missouri. Our primary area of focus is with customers located in Wildwood, Ellisville, Ballwin, Clarkson Valley, Manchester, Des Peres, and Chesterfield. Our mowers and hand held equipment have been chosen by us for their ability to service the needs of residents who are concerned about the quality of their lawn care services, which are provided and supervised personally by the owners of McGowen Lawn Care, LLC.
While we are at your site, we maintain a No Smoking policy.
We are committed to servicing your needs on a regular timely basis. If weather prevents servicing you on the normal schedule, we make every effort to “catch up” as soon as the rain or bad weather clears. Our master schedule includes time just for that purpose. If our regular schedule doesn’t let us get “caught up” you may find that we will work on weekends.
No Contract – McGowen Lawn Care, LLC does not ask customers to sign a contract. When lawns don’t need cutting over the winter, we don’t continue charging for mowing. Our NO CONTRACT policy serves two essential purposes. First if we fail to meet your reasonable expectations, you should have the right to seek another provider. Second, as a result, we are incentivized to provide the very best, reliable, family friendly service possible, since that assures we maintain a relationship and level of satisfaction necessary to retain your business. If we ever fall short of your expectations, we want to hear from you. While we don’t bill for mowing when the grass isn’t growing in the winter, some services such as fall leaf clean up and early spring flower bed clean up may be performed in the “off season”. We are pleased to provide separate quotes for our non-mowing services.
Payment is expected at the time of service. Many customers find that the most convenient way to handle payment is to place a credit card on file that we are authorized to charge for our services based on your pre-approval. When we provide you a quote for service, we will include with the quote, instructions and a secure link for you to use in entering your own credit card information. By using the link we provide, McGowen Lawn Care, LLC and its owners never see your card number. For customers who wish to pay by check, we require payment of all balances within fourteen days from the date billed. Our invoices are sent to you via email, unless you request it by regular postal service. Customers who use our credit card on file system will be provided an invoice for service marked paid after your account has been charged.
