This means we pay attention to such details as avoiding the discharge of grass clippings, or worse yet rocks, into your gardens or onto your home or vehicles. Each time we provide service, we will use line trimmers in areas around gardens, trees, and posts, where our mowers will not reach; while other areas such as driveways and sidewalks will be professionally manicured with a metal blade edger to provide the nice straight edges most homeowners prefer. Upon finishing our mowing, trimming and edging, we always tidy up your property by seeing that all streets, curbs, driveways, walks, a/c units, and doorways are blown clean. 

GATES – If we enter your property through a secure gate we will promise to close and lock or secure it before we leave.  

PETS – If you have pets that use your yard, we ask that they be kept inside while we work. That allows us to service you more efficiently, and more importantly it will protect Fido from being injured or heading down the street on his next great adventure. 

EQUIPMENT – All mowers and hand held machines we use are the best available professional grade products on the market today. That sort of equipment can generally provide a better quality of care.  

SERVICE ROUTES – Our routes are designed to make us efficient. If your day for mowing is Tuesday, then your yard will be mowed on Tuesday each week. If we need to change your service schedule, we will advise you by a text alert and an email.  

The only way we will thrive is to assure you are satisfied with our services. If you observe anything that you feel is not completed to your satisfaction, we want to hear from you. • Inquire about whether the equipment to be used on your property is appropriately sized.
• Is a contract required?

• Providers who use pesticides are required by Missouri law to be specially certified and licensed. Inquire about this to protect yourself, your pets and the environment.
